  • Keep on top of credit chasing and the aged debt, and take necessary action on non-payment
  • Ensure service charge records, both commercial and residential are accurate and communicated to tenants and landlords alike
  • Provide quarterly management accounts to the Landlord
  • Prepare planned maintenance reports & service charge budgets
  • Carry out any necessary rating appeals
  • Continuously negotiate competitive prices with contractors, utility companies and oil prices, not becoming complacent
  • Keep up to date with all health & safety checks and records
  • Keep the Landlord fully advised of any changes in the legislation and his statutory obligations as an owner and Landlord
  • Liaise with tenants on behalf of the Landlord
